German fantasy readers share the authors who shaped them

Original: # PhantastikPrompts 4. Kein direktes Vorbild. Am meisten beeinflusst haben mich woh

German-language fantasy community members are answering the fourth PhantastikPrompts question, asking whether they have an author as a role model. One writer says there is no direct model, but names the masters of dark romanticism — Poe, Shelley, Stoker and Lovecraft — plus living Russian authors Lukyanenko and Glukhovsky as key influences, inviting others to weigh in.

Why now: An ongoing community prompt series is prompting book lovers to discuss their literary influences.

• # PhantastikPrompts 4. # phantastik # fantasy #… · anjaweinhold · 11
