Original: Jon Rahm will not participate in LIV Golf 2.0: Lawyer says terms for new league are 'unacceptable to him'
Jon Rahm will not take part in the revamped LIV Golf league, according to a lawyer who said the proposed terms of the new setup are 'unacceptable to him'. The Spanish golfer, one of the circuit's highest-profile signings, is now set to sit out the reorganisation, a development that raises fresh questions about the league's ability to hold on to its top names as it restructures.
Why now: Rahm is one of LIV Golf's biggest stars, so his rejection of the restructured league's terms has major implications for its future.
