Trump announces partial Ukraine ceasefire, Zelenskyy caught off guard
Original: Trump announces partial ceasefire in Ukraine war as Zelenskyy says deal is ‘news to me’
Donald Trump has announced a partial ceasefire in the Ukraine war, but Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the deal is 'news to me'. Kyiv had earlier rejected a US call to stop bombing Russian oil refineries, insisting Moscow must first end its attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
