Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, a father, was killed in Maine during an immigration enforcement operation, according to reports circulating among ICE watchdog groups. Observers say US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has adopted a quieter, more secretive approach under Trump's crackdown, and advocacy and monitoring groups say they are responding with more creative tactics to track enforcement activity.
